In the last twelve years, The Great Race and Great Race Post Race Party have become the unofficial start of summer event in the Northtowns. With over 1,000 runners/walkers and 3,000 people of all ages enjoying the food, music and festivities afterward. New this year we are excited to announce that we are a 5K participant in the WNY Fabulous Five Racing Series Here are a few of the things that make the Great Race so special: Beautiful trophies for the top 3 in each age group. Giant family oriented post-race party. Free for race or walk participants. Beer, pop and coffee included in $7 admission for those age 21 and over. Lots of free pop and activities for the kids and teens and those under age 21. Terrific picnic food and desserts at a nominal fee.
